Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Heybridge is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support sales and services for a customer portfolio. The role is customer-facing, requiring proactive issue handling and interaction with internal teams, suppliers and service partners.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day enquiries, process orders, and coordinate service delivery with a high level of organisation and attention to detail. This is a site-based, permanent position near Heybridge.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, customer operations or order management.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service for orders, products, returns and services.
• Process and fulfil customer orders, including quotations and sales orders.
• Update ERP system and manage order progress and stock.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and hospitality for staff and visitors.
• Log complaints per ISO 9001:2015 and coordinate technical support.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams and partners.
