• Experience within service coordination, customer operations, order management, or operational support roles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for orders, products, returns and services.
• Process and fulfil customer orders, quotations, sales/work orders, acknowledgements, ERP updates.
• Build relationships with customers, internal teams, suppliers and service partners.
• Monitor order progress, stock, delivery timelines and customer accounts.
• Assist with issue resolution and coordinate technical support as needed.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and hospitality for staff and customers.
• First level export control classification of spares and in-service equipment.
