Positive Futures in Omagh is seeking a service manager to lead a Supported Living service and deliver the organisation's mission. You will guide staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to provide high-quality care.

You will develop person-centred plans, monitor quality, and work with partners to grow the service while maintaining robust administrative and IT systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and act as a role model for staff, delivering Positive Futures' aims in the service.
• Ensure the service is resourced appropriately and expenditure is controlled within budget, including on-call rota management.
• Keep staff up to date with legislation and policies (e.g., RQIA, Supporting People, Health and Safety).
• Monitor service quality in line with policy via Quality Improvement Plans.
• Manage risk by maintaining the service risk register and escalating issues as required.
• Work with external HSC Trust colleagues and the Positive Behaviour Support team to progress growth opportunities.
• Develop Person Centred Portfolios (Care Plans) to support independent living.
• Oversee budget development, staffing, and service systems (admin/IT/communication) in line with company processes.
