Job summary

Enable is a dynamic social care organisation focused on improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are seeking a proactive Service Manager to ensure equal opportunities and high‑quality support across our services.

You will lead Team Facilitators, drive person‑centred care, and strengthen relationships with families, Social Care professionals and commissioners within the Cherrywood service framework.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to the inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• Understanding of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• Knowledge of SSSC registration and related qualifications (SVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service and your team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.
• Support frontline staff and Team Facilitators to maintain effective relationships with families and professionals.
• Build and sustain partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners and other providers.
• Develop local service strategy and promote ENABLE Scotland in line with organisational goals.
