Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to lead two supported living services in the East Midlands. You will oversee 16 people we support, 932 commissioned hours, 31 support workers, and 3 team leaders across Ox Close and Hassop Close. A confident, visible leader is required to drive quality and outcomes.

You will inspire teams, deliver high standards of care, and shape service improvements in a values-driven organisation committed to compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 desirable
• Strong experience in operational and people management
• Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
• Drive service improvements and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with families and communities
