Job summary

Enable is seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Glasgow. You will guide frontline staff, support team facilitators and strengthen relationships with families, social care professionals and partners to deliver high-quality, inclusive services.

The role requires SVQ Level 3 (with progress toward Level 4 for SSSC registration) and a strong commitment to culture change and person-centred support for people with learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing Supported Living Services.
• Experience managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
• Commitment to inclusion of people with a learning disability.
• Understanding Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
• SVQ Level 3 is essential; SVQ Level 4 or equivalent towards SSSC required.

• Lead and support local Team Facilitators to manage frontline support staff.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners and third sector providers.
• Drive local delivery of services ensuring high-quality care and inclusive outcomes.
