Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to lead a Supported Living service in North Yorkshire. You will oversee delivery of person-centred support for working-age adults with complex needs, working closely with an Area Manager and Regional Director.

With a focus on leadership, coaching and development, you will drive high-performance culture and ensure safe, compliant operations while achieving positive outcomes for individuals in your care.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is required; Level 5 is desirable or working towards it.
• Strong operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensure the service operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
• Drive a positive team culture through coaching, training and development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external professionals to continuously improve service quality.
