Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to cover our supported living services in Sunderland. You’ll oversee teams delivering person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, while reporting to the Area Manager and Regional Director.

You’ll lead with positivity, develop your team of support workers and team leaders, drive high-quality care, safety, and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with families and communities to shape the future of our

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification required; Level 5 desirable or ongoing.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding care within the supported living flat scheme.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
