Job summary

Lifeways Blackburn is seeking a Service Manager to oversee our supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will lead with compassion, drive quality, and develop a team to deliver person-centred care in a supportive environment.

You’ll work with the Area Manager and Regional Director to shape service improvements, while building strong relationships with families and communities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 desirable or working towards it.
• Strong operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care and support within this supported living flat scheme.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
