Lifeways in Ripon, North Yorkshire is seeking a Service Manager to lead a Supported Living service for adults with complex needs. You will manage a team, ensure safe, compliant operations, and support positive outcomes in individuals’ lives.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is required.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care is desirable or working towards it.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support individuals with complex needs to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
• Drive a positive team culture through coaching, training and development.
• Work with senior leadership and external professionals to continually improve service quality.
• Lead with purpose, inspire teams and deliver high standards of care while shaping service futures.
