Job summary

Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our supported living services in Doncaster, ensuring high-quality person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will work with the Area Manager and Regional Director to inspire your teams and drive improvements while maintaining a compassionate leadership style.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Level 5 qualification desirable or working towards it.
• Experience leading operational teams in social care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee supported living services across Doncaster.
• Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement across services.
• Develop and support teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
