Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our supported living services in Barnsley. You will oversee care delivery, support staff, and ensure outcomes align with people’s independence, dignity, and choice.

Working with the Area Manager and Regional Director, you will drive continuous improvement, build strong relationships with families and communities, and shape the future of services through a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification required; Level 5 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality care and support within the supported living flat scheme.
• Lead, inspire and develop your team of support workers and team leaders.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards across all services.
• Build strong relationships with families, communities and colleagues.
