Job summary

Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee supported living services across Bluebell Court, Hornsby Court and Elsdon Avenue in North Tyneside. The role focuses on providing person-centred care, leading teams, and delivering quality outcomes in a multi-site setting.

You will manage 1:1 and 2:1 staffing models, ensure safety and quality standards, and work with the Area Manager and Regional Director to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care required (Level 5 desirable).
• Proven experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support across the living services.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
• Drive service improvements, quality standards, safety, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with families and communities to support independence and dignity.
