Lifeways is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our supported living services in North Tyneside, including Emery Court and Cleveland Road. You’ll lead with compassion, develop your team and ensure high-quality person-centred care for residents with diverse needs.

You’ll work with the Area Manager and Regional Director to drive improvements, build strong relationships with families and communities, and promote independence, dignity and safety in all services.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or working towards.
• Experience in operational and people management.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Passion for quality care and leading by example.

Responsabilidades

• Support, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding care and support.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with teams, families, and communities.
