Job summary

ASI Recruitment is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy service department in Swindon. You will manage a team of about 3–9 people, ensure smooth workshop operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role offers a £40,000 base (DOE) with a bonus and potential £50,000+ OTE, typically Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. A hands-on leader is preferred to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven service manager or workshop manager experience.
• Confident in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations.
• Commercial mindset focused on targets and performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Hands-on management style.
