Job summary

ASI Recruitment in Swindon is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy workshop and a team of 3-9 people, with no weekend work and Monday–Friday hours 08:00–17:00.

The role offers £40,000 basic (DOE) plus bonus, with a realistic £50,000+ OTE potential as you drive department performance and customer satisfaction. You will monitor productivity, coach staff, and ensure standards while focusing on targets and delivering a great customer experience.

Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next move?

The Role

You'll be managing a service team of around 3-9 people, depending on the site, making sure the department runs efficiently and delivers a great customer experience.
