Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting a Service Manager for an established dealership group in Poole. The role focuses on leading the Front of House team of five Service Advisors, improving customer flow and satisfaction, and acting as the main contact for customer enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance customer flow to improve overall experience.
• Coordinate & manage the Front of House team to ensure smooth customer transitions, responsible for five Service Advisors.
• Analyse and address customer satisfaction feedback to enhance service quality.
• Mentor and motivate team members on best practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Assist the Aftersales Manager with management duties and daily aftersales operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both staff and customers.
