Job summary
Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Bangor is seeking a Service Manager to lead three supported living services and empower staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities. You will recruit, coach and develop the team, shape service delivery plans, conduct reviews and risk assessments, and work with stakeholders to turn our values into everyday practice.

Qualifications
- Experience leading services for people with learning disabilities.
- Experience of social care settings and person-centred approaches.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and support plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and service development.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operation of three supported living services.
- Provide motivational leadership and direction to the team.
- Oversee service delivery plans, support plans, progress logs and risk assessments.
- Develop and review person-centred and relationship-centred Active Support.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure high quality support.
