Cartrefi Cymru is seeking a Service Manager in Bangor to lead day-to-day operations of supported living services and empower the team to deliver person-centred support. You will develop service delivery and risk assessments, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires 5th level qualification in Health and Social Care, leadership experience and flexibility for weekends and sleep-ins, with a focus on improving outcomes for people we support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or in social care settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to person-centred and relationship-centred approaches to support.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation and management of supported living services.
• Provide motivational leadership and direction to your team.
• Develop service delivery plans, support plans and risk assessments.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and uphold person-centred practice.
