You will line-manage a team, recruit, plan rotas, monitor budgets, and develop staff through induction and development plans, while building partnerships with stakeholders to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a housing/support setting.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to empower others.
• Experience reviewing outcomes to improve services.
• Competent IT skills including databases and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team and set clear expectations and targets.
• Manage the service to meet contract performance and deliver outcomes.
• Plan and deliver rotas, recruit and develop staff.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records for contract delivery.
• Ensure Health and Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to promote Riverside as a provider.
