Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Deputy Manager to provide motivational leadership, ensure compassionate, dignified customer care, and uphold high CQC standards. The role focuses on delivering defined outcomes, managing budgets, and developing services across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of managers, supervise performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure contract targets while travelling to properties as required. Strong IT skills and reporting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a leadership or manager role.
• Experience reviewing, monitoring and evaluating service outcomes.
• Competent IT skills, including databases and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and set clear service targets.
• Manage the area's budget and housing management performance.
• Develop and maintain services in coordination with Business Development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, GDPR, and related policies.
• Deliver a person-centred service and lead on continuous improvement.
• Provide on-call deputising and travel to properties within the area.
