Riverside is seeking a Care Coordinator in Camden to lead a care team in a CQC-registered supported living setting. The role requires delivering person-centred support, coordinating rosters, managing medications, and reporting on outcomes to drive service improvements.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, uphold regulatory standards, and collaborate with partners to ensure residents receive a safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a CQC registered supported living or extra care service.
• Experience leading a team and prioritising tasks to achieve positive results.
• Ability to review, monitor and evaluate outcomes in a CQC registered service.
• Competent IT skills and ability to use digital systems for reporting.
• Experience producing reports and analysing outcome data to drive service improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team and manage day-to-day service operations.
• Supervise and review service delivery to meet CQC and contractual requirements.
• Manage budgets, rosters and medication procedures according to policy.
• Produce reports and communications to support contract delivery.
• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across the service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote Riverside.
