Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team at Keswick Gardens, Middleton, ensuring high-quality care in a CQC-regulated environment. You will drive service improvements, manage budgets and staffing rotas, and build strong relationships with residents and partners to deliver compassionate, person-centred support.

Key requirements include leadership experience in supported living or extra care, robust IT skills, and the ability to review outcomes and deliver against contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CQC registered supported living or extra care services environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams in challenging environments.
• Experience reviewing outcomes and driving service improvements.
• Competent IT skills and ability to produce reports and communications.
• Experience managing budgets and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined outcomes and meet targets in line with contracts.
• Contribute to the delivery of Riverside’s Corporate Plan and area objectives.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders to promote Riverside as the preferred provider.
• Develop new and existing services with Business Development for growth.
• Lead a team of managers and ensure resources, rotas and development.
• Lead service delivery ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
