Job summary

Nacro is recruiting a Service Lead to manage a team of Support Workers delivering high quality, supported housing and housing management services in Manchester and the surrounding area.

You will drive service performance, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, support vulnerable adults, and work across multi-agency teams. The role requires travel, a full driving license, and the ability to lead and motivate staff within a busy housing service.

Qualifications

• This role requires extensive knowledge of support planning and safeguarding.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs is essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy housing service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver housing and support services within regulatory requirements.
• Ensure service quality and adherence to contractual standards.
• Maintain child/adult safeguarding and risk assessment processes.
• Manage finances related to voids, arrears and re-lets as required.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to deliver integrated services.
• Promote service user involvement in service design and delivery.
