Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Service Co-ordinator in our Service Department to coordinate service delivery growth across the Service & Maintenance operations.

You will need excellent analytical skills, strong organisation, and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, suppliers and clients. Key duties include booking PPM visits, updating planners, placing orders, responding to emails and phone calls, coordinating emergency call outs and maintaining administration.

Responsibilities

• Book PPM visits and update daily planner.
• Place orders to suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Respond to company emails and daily customer calls.
• Coordinate emergency call outs and update weekly rota.
• Perform general department administration and day-to-day service operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to grow service delivery.
