You will act as a key point of contact for customers and engineers, maintaining records and updating portals. A strong organisational skillset and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a co-ordination, scheduling, customer service or service administration role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers, schedule planned maintenance and reactive works.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain service levels.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with customers, engineers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
