A prominent insurance company is seeking a Service Excellence Manager to support operational transformation in London. This role involves driving initiatives within the UK Operations Plan, working with diverse stakeholders, and improving operational efficiency. Candidates should have general insurance knowledge, experience in stakeholder management, and strong communication skills. Following sustained and continued growth plans, we have a newly created and unique opportunity as a Service Excellence Manager (internally known as an Underwriting Operations Officer) within our Service Excellence team and wider Operations function here at QBE.
This role will be pivotal to supporting the delivery of the transformation landscape across Underwriting and Operations in order to drive consistency across Portfolios, minimise impact and maximise benefits of change implementation.
