Bennett and Game are currently partnering with a leading CNC & Precision Tooling Manufacturer who are actively recruiting for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team. The role involves UK-wide travel with occasional visits to their Rotherham site.

Role: Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer will carry out preparation, modification, maintenance, repair and installation of CNC and specialist precision engineering equipment and tooling. Work will take place both at customer sites and in the company workshop as required. All tasks must be completed safely and to a high standard.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence - Essential

  • Proven experience in a service/maintenance engineering role within a precision, CNC, or tooling environment - Essential
  • Strong diagnosis and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Engineering qualification / NVQ
  • COSHH & Health & Safety trained - Desirable
Salary & Benefits
  • Negotiable salary DOE: £40,000 - £45,000 base (additional OTE available)
  • Company van & fuel card provided (can be used for personal mileage)
  • 8:30 - 4:30 working hours
  • Discretionary profit-related bonus (paid twice a year)
  • Company life assurance (x4 salary)
  • Reimbursement of work expenses (including hotels, food etc. for overnight stays)
  • Free uniform & on-site parking
