Job summary

Endress+Hauser UK is seeking a Service Director to lead the UK Service business and shape the service strategy within the Senior Leadership Team. You will drive sustainable growth, customer excellence, and operational performance while developing people and leading a high-performing team.

You will oversee revenue and profitability, lifecycle services, and recurring streams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Significant senior leadership experience in a Service, Engineering, Technical or Operational environment.
• Proven track record of delivering growth, performance and organisational change.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams and developing leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK Service strategy aligned with group objectives.
• Deliver service revenue, profitability and growth including lifecycle services and recurring revenue.
• Lead safe, efficient delivery of Service activities across the UK.
• Champion customer-focused culture and build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence through systems, processes and continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Service Leadership Team with engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, quality and safety standards.
• Identify future market opportunities and drive innovation and digital service adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Finance and HR to achieve wider objectives.
• Maintain network of service partners to support delivery.
