Job summary

EY Studio+ UKI is seeking a Director of Service & Operations to shape and lead enterprise-scale transformations for complex UK clients. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive strategic roadmaps, and partner with senior executives to deliver measurable service improvements and platform-enabled outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of business, product and engineering, fostering growth, innovation, and resilient delivery across major programmes with significant commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering customer service and/or operational transformation in complex environments.
• Experience leading large teams (6–30+), with agile delivery and product management.
• Commercial experience including revenue growth and winning work.
• Experience delivering service transformation projects in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large, complex, multi-workstream customer service transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to client outcomes and EY quality standards.
• Own senior client relationships, shaping transformation agendas and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Set direction for product-enabled and platform-aligned delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated and future-ready.
• Oversee delivery teams, ensuring progress, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple levels.
• Ensure work is implementable, scalable, and commercially viable - not theoretical.
