Job summary

Eley Solutions in the UK is seeking a Service Director to lead service delivery across a multi-site operation, expanding through organic growth and acquisitions. You will manage a six-strong team including Helpdesk, Service Managers and Operational Leads, ensuring outstanding service standards while supporting the growth journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Director, Head of Service or Operations Director within a service-led engineering business.
• Background in Mechanical Maintenance, HVAC, Building Services, Facilities Maintenance, Compliance Services or similar.
• Strong leadership, commercial and operational management skills.
• Experience leading multi-site service operations.
• Track record of improving service performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting business growth, acquisitions or organisational change would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service management team.
• Drive service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Implement and maintain service excellence standards across multiple offices.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses, embedding culture, processes and best practice.
• Work closely with Division Directors responsible for Mechanical Maintenance, PPM, HVAC, AOV and Fire Damper Services.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
• Play a key role in the company's plan to double its engineering workforce.
