Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Regional Technical Services Director to lead the development and delivery of Technical Services across the UK & Ireland. This executive role drives engineering compliance, operational performance and business growth across Hard FM, Projects and Energy Services.

You will shape strategy, oversee governance and assure safe, compliant service delivery while collaborating with commercial, operations and development teams to propel strategic bids and major mobilisations.

Qualifications

Senior Technical Services, Engineering Services or Facilities Management leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of Hard FM, engineering maintenance and statutory compliance.
Experience developing technical strategies and service delivery models.
Proven track record supporting bids, tenders and technical solution development.
Experience leading mobilisation and transition programmes.
Commercial awareness with strong business development focus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the UK & Ireland Technical Services strategy aligned to business objectives.
Provide leadership across Hard FM, Projects, Energy Services and Engineering Compliance.
Maintain engineering standards, governance frameworks and technical best practice.
Support strategic bids, tenders and business development opportunities.
Lead mobilisation and transition activities across the region.
Drive Energy Services growth and decarbonisation opportunities.
