Job summary

Vivo Talent Solutions in Twickenham is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a Service Desk Technician. You will provide both 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business and externally, with emphasis on reliability and user satisfaction.

You will assist with supporting IT applications and services across multiple sites, helping to improve resilience and service delivery. The role offers a path to broaden your technical skill set and gain exposure to O365 and Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft systems and their administration.
• Experience using Office 365 for business purposes.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Work with the wider Service Desk team to ensure delivery of key SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Classify and prioritise problems, document causes and implement remedies.
• Support user hardware and business applications across sites.
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure service levels from suppliers.
