An established IT services provider in Sheffield is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to manage support requests and troubleshoot issues. The role offers a salary between £24,500 and £26,000, with full training and support, including paid Microsoft certifications. Service Desk Engineer Location: Sheffield
Salary: £24,500 to £26,000 depending on experience
Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, permanent

This is a role where you’ll be the first point of contact for users, dealing with a steady flow of support tickets and keeping things moving. You’ll be working with an experienced team who share knowledge, support each other and create a friendly, productive working atmosphere. Two hours each week protected for training and development.
