Qualifications

• Previous telephone customer service experience.
• Able to resolve issues and handle challenging situations.
• Self-motivated and enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-skilled service to customers with field engineers.
• Meet deadlines and achieve department KPIs (24 hrs response).
• Handle incoming client enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client and job records of communications.
• Support engineers and corporate clients daily.
• Complete ad-hoc projects as required.
