Middlesbrough Council is offering a Service Desk Apprentice role in its ICT and Digital Team. You will earn while you learn, supporting colleagues to resolve issues and gaining hands-on experience with the technology and systems used across the Council.

With structured training and mentoring, you’ll work on real projects, build a career in ICT, and complete industry-recognised modules such as IT Helpdesk Customer Service Fundamentals, Problem Solving and Innovation, and SC-900 Microsoft
