Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Desk Apprentice in Glasgow to join the growing team. You will log jobs, raise PO, and become proficient with our ERP system while supporting accounts payable and project activities.

The role offers a clear development path and hands-on experience in facilities management services. You will be supported by a dedicated mentor, with a structured apprenticeship leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• PC skills will be taught during your apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Log jobs in the booking system and raise purchase orders.
• Provide digital support to Accounts Payable in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders; manage Teams and shared drive access.
• Support the project team through estimating and tender processes.
• Help reduce WIP and chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.
