A recruitment agency is seeking an IT Support / Service Desk Analyst in Surrey. This role involves providing first-line support to users with a strong emphasis on communication and user reassurance. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT support, be calm under pressure, and possess basic desktop support skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
