Job summary

83zero Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Service Designer with active SC clearance to lead end-to-end service design for high-impact public sector digital transformation projects. You will shape user-centred services, guide discovery to delivery and advocate inclusive design across multi-disciplinary teams.

With a strong focus on workshops, collaboration, and mentoring, you will drive workshops, strategy sessions and design sprints while applying GDS standards and accessibility best

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service and product design.
• Active SC clearance is essential.
• Strong experience applying GDS standards in public sector environments.
• Proven track record of independently leading service design workstreams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
