Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Designer with active SC clearance to lead public sector digital transformation projects in Glasgow. You will shape and deliver user-centered services, guiding cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery.

Bring 5+ years in service and product design, strong facilitation, and proven track record leading workstreams within agile environments. You will mentor juniors and help grow the design practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in service and product design.
• Active SC clearance - ESSENTIAL.
• Strong experience applying GDS standards within public sector environments.
• A proven track record of independently leading service design workstreams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
