M4 Partners is recruiting a Service Designer for a Local Government organisation to redesign and deliver the Operating Model for the Adult social Care directorate. The role supports moving from the As-Is assessment into detailed future-state service designs, identifying opportunities to improve delivery and streamline processes across the directorate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Designer, Service Improvement Consultant or Business Process Designer.
• Experience designing future-state services and processes after an As-Is assessment.
• Proficient in end-to-end process mapping, workflow design, service blueprinting and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operating models and how design relates to organisation structures and roles.
• Experience coordinating changes across multi-team environments.
