Transform London is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape service concepts and run client workshops. You will apply service design tools, conduct user research, visualise complex systems and mentor junior colleagues to deliver measurable impact for public and private sector clients.

You will collaborate with clients on strategy, design, data and change management, ensuring the work supports real-world delivery and lasting value. On-site role in London.

Formación

• 5+ years in service, product and experience design projects.
• Expertise in service design tools such as blueprints and journey mapping.
• Strong ability to produce highly visual client outputs.
• Extensive user research experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Experience across complex web content and transactional services.

Responsabilidades

• Understanding the strategic context of clients and reconciling customer needs with strategic priorities
• Leading and/or playing a senior team role in service design projects, in a range of different sectors
• Building client accounts through outstanding and award-winning work
• Running client workshops
• Making complex product, service and operating systems easy to understand for clients and colleagues through simple and accessible visualisation.
• Developing new service propositions for clients
• Developing skills and mentoring colleagues in the service design practice
