Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby.

In this role, you'll act as a key link between clients, internal warehouse teams and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Your tasks

• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related, logistical and operational queries which will arrise via JIRA tickets and emails.
• Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is ideally sought.
