Job summary

Arvato in Corby, UK is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to act as the main link between customers and internal teams, ensuring service commitments are met and driving continual improvements. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting performance targets.

You will work a 40-hour week, with a 08:30–17:00 schedule, and be responsible for reporting, data analysis, and contributing to service excellence across logistics and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related, logistical and operational queries.
• Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
