Dale in Scarborough is recruiting a Service Coordinator (CUPS) to expertly coordinate planned and reactive works. You will manage engineers, tools, and materials, while ensuring access requirements are met and invoicing and forecasts align with the contract.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in a similar role in the service industry.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experienced with MS Outlook/Word/Excel and PDF documents; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
• Keen on health and safety to ensure everyone goes home safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary point of contact to customers.
• Forecasting and scheduling of all planned and reactive service issues.
• Manage documentation to support contract visits (permits, authorisations, inductions, RAMS).
• Review and closure of customer queries, including billing or PO amendments.
• Keep key personnel informed of customer requirements and issues.
• Raise and coordinate warranty claims and contract repairs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other departments to meet objectives.
• Liaise with other coordinators and Service Support to maximise efficiencies.
• Contribute to department and KPI targets.
• Complete tasks as directed by Contracts Manager.
