Job summary

Dale Power Solutions is hiring a Service Coordinator (UPS) in Scarborough. The role covers maternity leave for about 15 months, working Mon-Thu 8.30am-4.50pm and Fri 8.30am-3.10pm. You will coordinate engineers, tools and materials, manage invoicing, and work with the Contracts Manager on contractual requirements.

You'll identify planned, remedial and reactive works and ensure customer expectations are met. A proactive communicator with 2+ years' service experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a similar service/coordinator role.
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary point of contact to customers.
• Forecasting and contract scheduling of planned and reactive issues.
• Control documentation to support contract visits (permits, authorisations, inductions, RAMS).
• Review and close customer queries, including billing or PO amendments.
• Keep key personnel informed of customer requirements and major issues.
• Raise and coordinate warranty claims and contract repairs with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to meet objectives.
• Liaise with other coordinators to maximise efficiencies and meet customer needs.
• Contribute to department and business KPI achievement.
• Complete any reasonable task as directed by Contracts Manager.
