Job summary

Script and Dot in Telford is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator for an initial 12-month contract on site. You will coordinate customer requests, quotations, purchase orders and service delivery processes to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

You'll work with customers, suppliers, logistics teams and internal stakeholders to maintain service levels, manage turnaround times and support outsourced services delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination, customer service, operations, procurement or supply chain environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests, quotations, RFQs and purchase orders.
• Coordinate outsourced service activities with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure service commitments are achieved.
• Provide customers and internal stakeholders with updates on order and service status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
• Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports using Excel and other Office tools.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to support service delivery objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
