Reconomy Connect in Telford is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding service across our Business & Industry area. You will handle enquiries, build relationships with key contacts, and coordinate communications across phone, email and online platforms.

Join a 37.5-hour week role with initial 5 days in the Telford office, then hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in the office. You’ll need strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a proactive approach to resolving

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in office/retail/hospitality.
• Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
• IT literate with MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries from start to finish.
• Support on multiple communication channels (phone, email, online).
