Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Delivery Co-ordinator for a 12m FTC in a hybrid role spanning London and Manchester. You will support the Delivery Lead and Manager to orchestrate staffing, data accuracy and cross-functional coordination across the Global Studio team.

You will process resourcing requests, maintain operational data, and help drive process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for major campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day staffing operations and resource coordination.
• Strong data management and analytical skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Familiarity with Jira and Airtable; ability to govern operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute staffing operations and allocation with clear communication.
• Monitor and process staffing requests per Delivery Leadership priorities.
• Support account transitions and staff moves with data integrity.
• Collect and maintain staffing data for capacity tracking.
• Ensure Jira tickets are accurate and up to date.
• Support review and approval for FTC and permanent staff.
• Assist continuous improvements in processes and workflow.
• Provide actionable insights to the delivery team through reporting.
