Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage daily service delivery from a fully onsite operation in Dewsbury. You will allocate work to vehicles, communicate with customers, and supervise drivers throughout the day, ensuring safety and service standards.

The role requires coordination/administration experience in an operational setting and strong customer service skills, with an IOSH Working Safely or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers to act on issues identified on the rounds.
• Undertake debrief of drivers.
• Encourage 'Stop the Job' if it's unsafe, report to your Supervisor.
• Report all service concerns.
• Report all safety concerns.
• Proactively communicate with customers.
• Create a customer excellence approach & culture.
• React to and manage customer queries and complaints.
• Implement service practices that meet the customers' needs.
• Build trust & honesty & maintain commitments with customers and suppliers.
